Idli’s, Omlette’s and Such
I had a feeling it was about time I started an “unstructured” section on my blog that allowed me to pen down random thoughts on the subject of food. This first post titled Idli’s, Omelette’s and such is an attempt to do just that.
While my preference in cuisines range from Japanese to Italian I am a huge fan of the South Indian breakfast. Dosa’s and Idli’s in particular, so when an opportunity presents itself I tend to favour this over eggs and bacon ( sometimes 
).
