Interview @ The Egg Factory

This post marks the start of a new subject for the Anonymous Foodie, Interviews!  The idea is to get an understanding of the people behind the restaurant and hopefully allows restaurant goers to connect with them as well. This first interview takes place at the Egg Factory with one of the founders, Yogesh Mokashi.

    I've been an avid Foodie ever since i can remember, whether it was enjoying something my Grand Mother rustled up in the kitchen, eating at a five star hotel or at a corner Dhaba. This Blog was started as a means of discussing with you, the reader, my experiences at these very restaurants and watering holes across the city of Bangalore. Over time I plan to include information on alcohol and travel destinations as well.
