I know what you’re thinking, after reviewing a number of fancy restaurants I’ve finally caved and lowered my standards to reviewing junk food. The question really is can we do without it? I’ve tried and failed at controlling my craving for a KFC burger on many a occasion.
The visit to KFC was prompted by pure hunger and not a desire to satisfy my taste buds with a well put together dish, though when you are ravenous few things satisfy you like junk food served quickly.

The Experience:
I’m being honest here, you don’t walk into a KFC’s with the expectation of having a great dinning experience. It is, at most, a splash and dash to refill your stomach before you head on to better things.
The biggest draw of course is that fact that you get served extremely quickly. Unfortunately when its rush hour there is no guarantee you’d actually be able to find a place to sit.
To Drink:
As with any KFC outlet you get the standard range of non-alcoholic beverages.
To Eat:
Their range of food options are limited to chicken or veg, in a variety of forms.
If you are in the mood for a wrap the toasted twister or box master should be able to take care of your cravings, the first is served with mayo, lettuce tomatoes, chicken and the second has a hash brown tossed in, Quite yum.
The chicken bucket is of course a classic and a big favourite with anyone visiting here, as is the zinger burger. Which has to be the best tasting burger in their menu.

In an attempt to add an Indian element to their menu KFC has introduced a chicken and veg thali, which is essentially either a piece of chicken or veggie fingers served with pulao.
Finishing Up:
There aren’t very many options to choose from as most of their deserts are based on softy’s. So its the standard twirl, sundaes or the brownie sundae.
The Fine Print:
Type : Fast Food Restaurant
Cuisine: Continental
Meal Details: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and anything in between.
Alcohol? : No
Meal for 2: A “meal” for 2 would set you back around Rs 300
Cards? : Yes
Gripes:
There is a huge difference in service quality and cleanliness from outlet to outlet, and in some cases the food quality defers as well. The last time I visited the forum mall outlet the quality of the fries was horrendous.
