Most of my reviews so far have been at more upscale restaurants so i decided i’d focus on the smaller eating joints and cafe’s to give it some balance.
A number of you have , I’m sure, visited the Oasis mall in koramangala at some point or the other. Among other things ( shopping ) it does have a rather nice food court. This review focuses on one counter in particular, TRIM.
TRIM is an over the counter food stall located at the top floor of the Oasis center in Koramangala. The counters here should not be confused with a proper restaurant and while my ratings for the food, price and service are specific to the restaurant the ambience isn’t ( being a shared setup).
The Experience:
As i mentioned earlier, this is afterall a food court so i wasn’t paying very much attention to the ambience. Though they could tone down the music, i could barely hear myself think through my meal!
The food they serve here is rather limited and you’ll manage to get a hold of a soup, sandwich or a salad. However for the prices the food is quite reasonable.
They’ve done a nice job of laying out the ingredients for the sandwiches and salads out in front of you so you can get as involved in the making process as you’d like to be.
[flickr]photo:3302087245[/flickr]The sandwiches aren’t half bad though it would have been nice if they had served it with a side order of fries. We ended up ordering the standard non vegetarian club which was nice but not very filling if you are particularly hungry.
I would recommend the food here if you are particularly hungry after a long day of shopping at the mall, but not if you are looking for a proper restaurant to eat at.
The Fine Print:
Type: Restaurant
Cuisine: Continental
Meal Details: Lunch, Dinner and in-between.

Gripes:
They could do with a wider selection of food.
Ratings:
Price: 3/5
Food: 2/5
Ambience: 2/5
Service: 3/5
Getting there:
Located at the top floor of the Oasis mall at the Koramangala / Inner Ring Road junction.
